Welcome to the Lydia's Italian Kitchen located in Salem at the corner of route 419 and Apperson Drive. We serve authentic Italian brick oven pizza and other homemade specialties. Our open kitchen allows customers to view the chefs hand-tossing pizzas and cooking them to perfection in our unique wood fired brick oven. We offer not only an intimate inside dining room, but also a one-of-a-kind outside dining area. The outside deck is open during the warm weather and heated and enclosed with a clear view to ensure a comfortable year-round dining experience.
