Patrol Division

The function of the Patrol Division is to provide the initial response to police calls for service, preliminary investigation of criminal incidents, vehicular crash investigation and criminal warrant service (arrests). Employees assigned to the Patrol Division are uniformed and fully equipped to respond to a wide variety of situations. For the most part, patrol vehicles are marked, highly visible and help to serve as a deterrent to criminal activity.
