• Roanoke River Greenway - Rotary Park to Apperson/Cook

  • New section of greenway from Salem Rotary Park trailhead to Apperson Bridge downstream

• Apperson/Orchard Intersection - Traffic Signal

  • VDOT to install new signal at intersection

  • Anticipated timeline: advertisement tentatively scheduled for November 2025
